80's Era TECHNOLOGY EXHIBIT

 

We are currently displaying several borrowed

items from the 80’s. They are located inside

the glass cases at the entrance of the school

 in the hallway.  The display will be up for two weeks.

 Come by and check it out.

Weber’s 6th Annual ART/POETRY Calendar Contest

Deadline to submit art work/poetry:  Friday, January 29th, 2010

 

TOPIC:  “Life is better with ________ in it.”

Fill in the blank with your imagination and create

 an art piece or a poem to represent this statement.

Submit poetry to Mr. Anderson and artwork to Mrs. Lua-Foster.

 There will be prizes to all winning students.

 

 You may submit more than once.

 See Mrs. Lua-Foster for further information.

 This contest is open to all Weber Tech students.

SENIOR CLASS announcements 1/11/10

 

CLEAN CAMPUS POSTER CONTEST

The deadline for the contest has been extended to Friday, January 29.

1st place: $25 gift card to the movies

2nd place: $15 Starbucks gift card

3rd place: $10 Starbucks gift card

 

The contest: Design a poster that will encourage our

 students and staff to keep Weber’s campus clean.

Acceptable media: digital art or hand-drawn work

using paint, pencils, pastels or other poster medium.

 

Deadline: Friday, January 29. Place digital submissions in the

“Clean campus poster” folder in the H: drive.

Bring hand-drawn submissions to A-5.

 

Questions: Ask a senior class officer or see Ms. Weiss.

 

GRAD NIGHT

As of now, 30 people have reserved spots for the Disney Grad Nite trip.

That means there are 22 spots remaining.

A $40 deposit is required to make your reservation.

There is no longer a deadline to make a reservation,

 but don’t wait too long – when those 22 spots go, no more will be available.

 

SENIOR OFFICERS

will NOT meet this week.
